I became interested in music at a very young age. My first band was called Paradox. Of all the bands I was in it was my favorite.

We played a lot of gigs in the Whittier area of Los Angeles, Ca. between 1980 & 1984. Many of our backyard parties in an area known as the Acres where legendary.
Our most notable gigs:
- A rainy sunday night at the Troubador in Hollywood. We qualified for the Bam Magazine "Battle of the Bands" final that night.
- Fourth of July 1982 in Parker, Arizona. I will never forget it!
- New Year's Eve 1983 for "Our Gang Vans". We were opening for "Roadwork", over 5,000 attended.
Paradox broke up and some of us formed another band called A.Z. .
That's when I met Richard Galaviz and then his brother, Hugo.
After a few years and a few other bands, Hugo, Richard, Jim Gleich and myself joined together to create Terrafirma.
We stayed together for 7 years.
It is my love for original music that drives me onward and I hope to help out other musicians along the way.
